I was able to successfully download the installer from your website but nothing happens when double-clicking the installer.

Always make sure that your installer file is placed onto your desktop and not on an external drive or somewhere on your server. You also have to ensure you are logged in as the administrator of your computer when installing and running the software for the first time.

Please contact Enfocus Support if you have your installer on your desktop but still cannot install the software.
