I can see my ICC profiles on my system, but not in PitStop.
I have an ICC profile on my computer, but it isn’t shown in the Color Management window in the Enfocus applications. When I search my computer, I find I have a lot more ICC profiles on my computer compared to the ones that are shown in the Enfocus applications.
Cause 1) The ICC profiles are present on the computer, but they are not installed. You can see this when the icon of the profile is gray instead of white. 2) The ICC profiles aren’t located in the correct folder.
Solution 1) Right-click on an ICC profile that is not installed and choose the ‘install’ option. After installing the profile, its icon will turn white and the profile will be available in PitStop.
2) Please move the ICC profiles to the following folder to make them available in the Enfocus applications:
Mac: Macintosh HD > Library > ColorSync > Profiles
