Solution Uninstalling PitStop Server on Windows:
For 09 or higher PitStop Server users: First deactivate the software (you can find all steps on how to do this here: Deactivating PitStop Server).
Go to Start/ Settings/ Control Panel/ Add or Remove Programs/
Select Pitstop Server and choose to remove it.
Uninstalling PitStop Server on Mac:
For 09 or higher PitStop Server users: First deactivate the software (you can find all steps on how to do this here: Deactivating PitStop Server).
Open up Activity Monitor and make sure no processes are running that have PitStop Server in their name. If there are still some processes, then please force quit these.
Go to HD > Applications > Enfocus > Enfocus PitStop Server
Remove this folder.
If you wish to reinstall an older version of PitStop Server on the same computer, you'll have to execute one additional command in your Terminal, that command is:
sudo pkgutil --forget com.enfocus.PitStopServer
Please contact Enfocus Support for instructions if you also want to remove all of your PitStop Server preferences.
