Uninstalling PitStop Server on Windows:

  • For 09 or higher PitStop Server users: First deactivate the software (you can find all steps on how to do this here: Deactivating PitStop Server).
  • Go to Start/ Settings/ Control Panel/ Add or Remove Programs/
  • Select Pitstop Server and choose to remove it.

Uninstalling PitStop Server on Mac:

  • For 09 or higher PitStop Server users: First deactivate the software (you can find all steps on how to do this here: Deactivating PitStop Server).
  • Open up Activity Monitor and make sure no processes are running that have PitStop Server in their name. If there are still some processes, then please force quit these.
  • Go to HD > Applications > Enfocus > Enfocus PitStop Server
  • Remove this folder.
  • If you wish to reinstall an older version of PitStop Server on the same computer, you'll have to execute one additional command in your Terminal, that command is:
    sudo pkgutil --forget com.enfocus.PitStopServer

Please contact Enfocus Support for instructions if you also want to remove all of your PitStop Server preferences.
