Solution TitleFiles processed by PitStop Server are not accessible to all users.

Solution Details

Cause

When PitStop Server processes files, it works on a temporary copy that is placed in the temp folder. The temporary file inherits the permissions of the temp folder. The default temp folder on Windows usually has limited permission for other users. Once PitStop Server processed the file, the temporary copy is moved to the output folder and becomes the processed file. As moving files doesn't change permissions, the processed file will have the same permissions as the temp folder.

Solution

PitStop Server allows to define what folder you want to use as temp folder. Choosing a specific folder and making sure that permissions on that folder are set correctly for all users, will solve this problem.

Another solution would be to adjust the permission on the default temp folder (you can see the path for that folder in the PitStop Server Preferences).
