Your operating system language is set to Czech, Greek, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Slovak, Turkish.

Acrobat doesn't start correctly and returns this error message:

"Internal Error. Please restart the application. (Major error code 0, minor error code 0, system error code 0)"


PitStop Pro includes third-party software to allow activating the software. Unfortunately, that third party software is not fully compatible with Slavic operating systems.


We've reported this problem to the third-party software vendor. Until we receive a solution from them, there are two possible workarounds:

1) Changing your systems language to another language not mentioned in the article.

Please follow these steps to adjust your systems language:

  • Open your System Preferences/International
  • Drag any non-Slavic language to the top of the languages list
  • Log off
  • Log on
  • Launch Acrobat and activate the trial or register PitStop Pro.

2) Reverting to PitStop Professional 08, update 5

  • Remove PitStop Pro 09. Detailed instructions for Macintosh: link
  • Download the latest PitStop Professional 08 version via the following link.
  • Install and register PitStop Professional 08.
