Following an upgrade to Mac OS X 10.9 or higher, my PitStop Pro has disappeared.


Due to changes made by Apple in the Mavericks (and higher) operating systems licensing, only PitStop Pro v12.1 (for Mavericks) or v12.3 (for Yosemite) and higher are supported on these platforms. It may appear that PitStop Pro has installed but it will frequently not show up in Acrobat, or, if it does, it will return unexpected behavior. You may also get the error message "Major Error code, Minor error code 5001."
