Symptoms
I have lost my account information for PitStop Pro.  How do I get this information?

Solution
Enfocus has changed to Enfocus ID rather than Activation accounts (which you likely have)

Deactivation does not require a username and password.   So, if you don't know your account information, you can just deactivate, then once deactivated, you can reactivate with an Enfocus ID.

You can then also keep track of their keys online at my.enfocus.com

This was not possible with Activation accounts that were used previously.
