How to Consolidate Activations and Accounts
Background With a variety of licenses for various products, licenses can often be activated with different accounts. It's not uncommon for users to consolidate accounts and their various activations under a single account.
Solution Be sure that you've already created an Enfocus ID, if needed you can do so at the following web-link: Create your Enfocus ID
Next, proceed to deactivate any current installations (no password is required). Once an installation is successfully deactivated, you can quickly re-activate the same license but now using the newly created (or already existing) Enfocus ID.
