Acrobat Crashes immediately or won't launch at all with PitStop Pro v.13 installed.
I have installed PitStop Pro v.13 and when I try to launch it either crashes immediately or it doesn't launch at all.
There is a known bug in PitStop Pro v.13 on Windows involving the internet settings and the PitStop Pro licensing mechanism that is causing the crash.
Please check the following KB article first and make sure it is not related to this:
I have the Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit installed and now Acrobat with PitStop Pro installed won't launch anymore. How can I fix this?
If the issue is not resolved, please check the following internet settings:
• Go to Control Panel>Internet Options>Connections>LAN Settings
• Uncheck "Automatically Detect LAN settings"
• Launch PitStop Pro again and see if the issue is resolved.
