Flows finder does not load and shows "Error on flows viewer - Failed to get flows"
In Switch 2020 Spring a new Feature was introduced, the Flows viewer, in which an Administrator can check flows & flow properties within the web portal.
When trying to check the Flows finder section in the web portal, following error is displayed:
Error on flows viewer - Failed to get flows. Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND www.w3.org
Some CSS and JS resources used in the Flows Viewer are stored on w3.org, which require access to this site on port 80 and port 443.
This issue is resolved in Switch 2020 Fall in which no connection is required to w3.org anymore.
As a workaround in Switch 2020 Spring it is necessary to allow access in your firewall and/or proxy server to www.w3.org ports 80 and 443.
