Problem I cannot submit files to Switch via my Connectors after upgrading to Switch 2019.
Background Following
the release of Switch 2019, the method of communication changed and a new port number is required in the connector to communicate with Switch.
Solution
It will be necessary to adjust and recreate your Connectors to use Switch 2017+ setting and use the Port for the Web Services port that is set in the Switch preferences. By default it is 51089.
Once the new connectors are created and distributed, you can instruct
users to remove the old version then install the new version. Else, if you have the connectors set up to update, you can use that method as well.
